Glenbay House - sleeps 8 - 10

With views over Loch Sunart to the Morvern peninsula and towards
Tobermory across the Sound of Mull, the hamlet of Glenbeg is situated
roughly half way along the south side of the Ardnamurchan peninsula,
2 miles west of Glenborrodale.

Glenbay House stands in a large wooded garden with ample parking
space and its own driveway. The House, which adjoins the Cottage,
has been extended and rebuilt internally to the highest standards
with a wealth of hand crafted natural wood and offers our visitors
every possible comfort and convenience.

There is ample storage and the kitchen is superbly equipped with
double electric oven, gas hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, slow
cooker and larder fridge. The freezer is in the utility room along
with a washer machine and tumble dryer.

Glenbay House has a stunning interior and accommodates 8 people
in 4 uniquely styled bedrooms. The 2 double bedded rooms on the
upper floor have elevated views of the loch and hills, also on this
level is a shower room with electric shower, basin and W.C. On the
ground floor are 2 twin bedded rooms, one with a 2'6" wide
cabin bed and in the other, full twin beds. The bathroom has a bath
with shower facilities, bidet and W.C.

| The Night Ark is a
separate unique, gabled Twin bed/sitting room, with 2'6" wide
folding Beds furnished with teenagers or children in mind. The Night
Ark is situated at the rear of the building and is heated by electricity.

The sitting room, with its woodburning stove set in a local stone
fireplace, is large and comfortable. There is also a spacious sunroom/entrance
hall. The open plan dining area / kitchen will seat ten in comfort
if needed. All rooms have electric wall heaters and most also have
radiators which are heated by the wood burning stove.
The house has a combined TV/DVD player plus a selection of DVDs
for all ages, board games,maps, local information and walks leaflets
and a barbecue. Visitors have shared use of the large games rooms
at the rear of the property and also a log fort for youngsters.
A cot, with bedding and a high chair can be provided for babies
and toddlers.
